We follow the price guidelines of NDIS pricing arrangements 2025-2026 and are under maximum rate charged, these prices will be outlined in your service agreement. 

You will receive a copy of our privacy and confidentiality policy, complaints and feedback policy, and all compliance checks prior to signing the service agreement with Improving Capacity. Once registration is a requirement for Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching these policies will also become available on our website.

I can provide a free 15 minute phone call and assist with NDIS eligibility requirements, but unfortunately you cannot access support coordination or psychosocial recovery coaching unless it is outlined in your NDIS plan.
